In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase, the product may be returned within 14 days as long as the product is not damaged. Damaged merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.

Customized items cannot be returned.

Should your item need repair due to a manufacturing issue within 45 days, please contact us at HerwaldtEnterprises@gmail.com. Let us know what the issue is and provide a picture. We will either repair or replace your item.
